In the invitations section you will find a button that allows you to send SIPASS codes to your contacts by creating an event.

You can select the duration of codes when you are creating an event. Choose for how long a code will be valid, from 1 hour, a week, just one usage, or unlimited uses during the duration of the event.

Personal codes created within the app are valid for 10 minutes. Create your codes when you are nearing your destination.

If it is your first time using SIPASS or you have new contacts that do not show up on the app, you must sinchronize them going to the Contacts section and swiping down with your finger to start the sinchronization process.

Keep in mind the following recommendations to ease the reading of access codes:

  • 1. Keep a distance of 15cm/6in approximately between your device and the reader
  • 2. Have the brightness on your device high during the day and not to dark at night.
  • 3. Avoid using light protection or privacy screens.
  • 4. Avoid using devices with a broken or cracked screen

No! SIPASS allows you to directly open your smart entries equipped with our Access Control system with just a touch on your phone

  • 1. On the home section, choose your destination.
  • 2. When the terminals are displayed, identify the one you want to open.
  • 3. Touch the open button

  • Done! SIPASS will open the gate for you

We communicate with you via email in case you need help with a forgotten password. Your information is secure with us and we will never reveal it to third parties.

All the access codes created within the app are generated from the SISELSE servers. Our job is to take care of your safety so that you don't have to worry about it.

In the Guests section, accessing your event you will find a History button, there, you can see the usage of codes you've sent.

Make sure that the person inviting you set up the correct time for the event.

If your address is not showing up in the App send an email to [email protected] with your email or phone number that you used for registration so we can register it on the system
